About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Community Experience Coordinator—a dynamic, detail-loving, people-centric powerhouse who thrives on organization, creativity, and collaboration. You’ll be the heartbeat of our Operations team, ensuring our Communities run smoothly, our initiatives shine, and our culture continues to sparkle.


What You’ll Do

Operations & Project Coordination

  • Design Coordination: Be the central hub for design review requests—coordinating everything from new furniture and fixtures to suite finishes. You’ll track, organize, and communicate updates with flair and precision.
  • Develop and maintain training tools, process maps, and job orientation checklists.
  • Create and manage performance tools like scorecards, trackers, and audits.
  • Launch and implement new operational programs and initiatives.
  • Coordinate training events, leadership conferences, and team-building activities.
  • Organize and audit network drives, ensuring documents are up-to-date, compliant, and accessible.

Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and travel for the VP of Community Experience and support the Community Experience team as needed.
  • Prepare expense reports, agendas, and meeting minutes.
  • Communicate on behalf of leadership with professionalism and warmth.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative or office experience (experience in retirement or hospitality industry is a plus)
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong project management and event planning skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, and AI tools
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to a vehicle
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to our Communities

Work Style

  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days per week in-office, with Mondays and Tuesdays required. The third day is flexible based on workflow and team needs.
